Our warranty applies to new hand-knotted rugs and reflects our confidence in the materials, workmanship, and traditional knotting artistry. It gives you added peace of mind when purchasing a high-quality rug from UniqRugs.
The warranty covers the durability of the knots, fringe, and pile under normal use in a private household. If a defect covered by the warranty occurs during the warranty period, we will carefully inspect the rug and coordinate the next steps with you.
Depending on the individual case, we will repair the rug free of charge or, in consultation with you, replace it with an equivalent rug.
The 5-year warranty applies worldwide to new hand-knotted rugs from UniqRugs, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Excluded are vintage rugs, patchwork rugs, handwoven rugs, and loom-knotted rugs.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or external factors is not covered by the warranty. This includes, in particular:
This warranty is a voluntary additional service provided by UniqRugs GmbH. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and continue to apply independently of this warranty.
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us by email, phone, or through our contact form. To review your claim, we need the rug’s invoice and, if possible, clear photos of the affected areas.
