Shipping, delivery and returns

• How much will I have to pay for shipping?

  Nothing! Within the USA, we offer FREE Shipping on all rugs with no minimum purchase required, (excluding AK, HI, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands).

• How long does the delivery take?

  Typically, delivery within the USA and nearby countries takes 2 to 5 business days.

• How are the rugs at Uniq Rugs prepared for shipping?

  Our rugs at Uniq Rugs are prepared for shipping by either rolling (runners) or folding them. They are then securely wrapped in protective film and packed into our own double-wall cardboard boxes before being collected by our shipping partner.

• Can I return the rug? I'm not satisfied with it.

  At Uniq Rugs, our goal is for our customers to find the right rug, so you can return any rug to us if it doesn't suit you. A rug is a long-term investment, and we believe sufficient consideration should be given. Therefore, Uniq Rugs offers a voluntary 31-day return policy.

• What should I consider when returning a rug?

  If you would like to return a carpet to us, please contact us personally by calling (480) 588-0803 or by sending an email to [email protected]. We will then send you a parcel stamp or arrange for the shipment to be collected from your premises.

  If you wish to return a rug to Uniq Rugs, please contact us directly by calling us at Tel: (480) 588-0803 or emailing us at [email protected]. We will then send you a shipping label or arrange for a pickup at your location.

  Alternatively, you can also manage your order here and request a return label within 31 days.

• Will I pay for shipping back?

  Return shipping arranged through Uniq Rugs is FREE for customers within the USA (excluding AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands). You will receive all the necessary information and a return label via email.

• My rug was damaged upon delivery, what should I do now?

  In the rare event that your rug is damaged during delivery, please immediately notify the carrier of any potential damages upon receipt and have them documented. Afterward, please inform us directly at Tel: (480) 588-0803 or via email at [email protected]. We will then discuss the next steps with you.

• I no longer have the original packaging. How should I pack my rug for return?

  Please use equivalent protective packaging to safeguard the rug during transit.

• When will I receive my refund for a return?

  Returns should be quick and hassle-free. Once your return is picked up, it typically takes 3 - 4 business days to reach our warehouse. Upon receiving returns, they undergo disinfection, and our qualified warehouse staff then inspects to ensure the rug is returned in its original condition. Once the return process is completed, we will send a confirmation to your email address. Refunds are generally processed within 1 - 3 business days after confirmation receipt, depending on your original payment method.

• How will my order be delivered?

  Depending on your location and the size and weight of the package, the shipping carriers used to deliver your order may vary. However, we always offer at least one free shipping option within the USA. The available shipping options for your order will be displayed at checkout. Once your rug has been dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and information on the estimated delivery time. The delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
