  • What general advice should I keep in mind for my new oriental rug?

    Our rugs are either rolled up or folded for delivery and can be directly used after the arrival of the packet. Possible folding or lines on the surface of the rug will disappear over time. At the beginning it is normal for the new rugs to lose some excess wool. It loosens through the use of the rug, this is absolutely normal and no reason for concern in the beginning. Repeated vacuuming ends this process. If you have bought a thinner rug, it is advisable to buy an anti-slip-pad beneath, so that your carpet doesn’t slip out of place when stepping on it.

  • Do you have a showroom or store where I can view the rugs before making a purchase?

    We are an online store, and our entire selection of rugs is available online. We strive to display all products as accurately as possible to represent the colors and quality. Exclusive rugs can be viewed in person at our Hamburg showroom by appointment only, in exceptional cases. Please schedule an appointment with our customer service at least 48 hours in advance.
    You can arrange an appointment daily by emailing [email protected] or calling #TEL_INTERNATIONAL.
    If you like the rug, you can take it with you immediately.

  • How does the ordering process work at Uniq Rugs?

    If you have found a suitable rug in our online shop, you can add it directly to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. Your view will automatically switch to your cart and show you the selected product. You can now click the "Back to Shop" button to look for more rugs or proceed to the next step of your order by clicking "Proceed to Checkout."
    In the next step, please enter your shipping address and contact details. Then click the "Continue" button and follow the instructions provided in the subsequent steps of the ordering process. You will receive all order details directly via email after completing your order.

  • Can I cancel or change an order?

    Yes, it is possible to cancel an order as long as we have not yet started preparing it for shipment.
    Since we aim for fast deliveries, this process usually begins after your order is registered. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order, but we will do everything we can to assist you.
    You can add and remove items from your cart if you have not yet completed your order at checkout. If you want to cancel an already placed order, please contact us either by phone at #TEL_INTERNATIONAL or email us at [email protected].
    We will then take back your order.
