If everything works, you’ve found a piece that will enhance your home for years to come. If the rug still isn’t the right choice, you can return it within the return period.
If you decide not to keep the rug, please register the return with us within the specified period. Our service team will explain the next steps and provide you with the necessary information for the return shipment.

Custom-made rugs produced to customer specifications, special orders, and gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
